How long have you been doing CrossFit?
What is your favorite CrossFit movements?
Muscle-ups. I love practicing muscle-ups, and I’m really starting to like running.
What is your favorite CrossFit workout?
All. Or none. 🙂 Just taking them one day at a time.
What has CrossFit done for you outside of the gym?
I’ve helped others more since joining. The environment, support, and encouragement make be a better person for others when I leave the gym.
How has CrossFit Virilis helped you long-term?
It has helped me to realize the importance of taking care of my body. It’s important for me to be consistent so that I can continue to get stronger and better at what I’m doing each day. I realize the value of both fitness and nutrition now more than ever.
What would you do today if you knew you would not fail?
All the muscle-ups.
If you could have any meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
What’s your favorite spot to hang out in Cibolo or the surrounding area?
Old Main. But it depends what I’m in the mood to do!

What’s the best thing about your job?
I get to meet new people every day, and I have the opportunity to work with some really great people. I enjoy who I work with on a daily basis.

The first day I walked into CrossFit Virilis, I didn’t know what to expect. I came back the second day, then the third, and it has only gotten better each day. If someone is considering trying it, my best advice – don’t wait; just do it. Take it one day at a time, and commit to each day.
