Why do you do CrossFit?
To live a long healthy life and I finally found something that I love to do in CrossFit.

Steak and turtle candy! :)

CFV has helped me reach my personal goals that I set for myself when I first started and helped me believe in myself when I needed a push.
If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?
My dad so I can tell him some things I was never able to.
