JULY MEMBER OF THE MONTH
Sometimes, the bravest thing we can do is search for a way to reconnect with ourselves.
For Sabas Rodriguez, our deeply deserving July Member of the Month, stepping onto the gym floor wasn’t just about getting fit, it was the beginning of a profound journey of rediscovery. Tired of feeling drained, Sabas sought a space to push her limits and, in the process, beautifully broke free from her shyness. What she found wasn’t just a daily workout, but a “true second home” and a 6:15 AM family that fiercely lifts each other up.
Get ready to be inspired by Sabas’s incredible transformation, both physically and personally. Read on to discover the heartfelt story of how she found her strength, her community, and herself!
