CrossFit

Every CrossFit class at CrossFit Virilis is coached from warm-up to cool-down. The workout is scaled to where you are that day, so whether you are coming back after a long break or training consistently, the session is built to challenge you without leaving you wrecked. Coaches know your name, track your progress, and adjust on the spot.

Personal Training

Personal Training at CrossFit Virilis is one-on-one coaching built entirely around you. The programming, the pace, and the focus are set by your goals, not a group schedule. This is the right fit if you are working around an injury, have a specific performance target, or simply want dedicated coaching attention every session.

Nutrition Coaching and Accountability

Training alone rarely closes the gap between effort and results. Nutrition Coaching and Accountability pairs a structured plan with regular check-ins so the work you put in at the gym actually shows up on the scale and in how you feel. There is no generic handout. You get a plan built around your schedule, your goals, and your starting point, with a coach following up to keep it on track week to week.

CrossFit Kids

Our CrossFit Kids program helps children build strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate workouts that are fun, safe, and led by coaches who know how to keep kids engaged and moving well.
