1. How long have you been doing CrossFit?

All of them that don’t have Burpees, Snatches, or Overhead Squats in them

4. Why do you do CrossFit?
I love the competitive side but there is no other exercise program that gives you the full body workout every time, and also brownies and ice cream.
5. What meal could you eat every day for the rest of your life?
Bacon Cheeseburgers and fries

Getting rid of the rest of my covid weight gain
7. If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Noah Olsen, because he is just a happy dude

My family and when Bryant giggles
