Kat Nelson, who started her CrossFit journey in 2013, has explored various workout disciplines but always finds her way back to her true love: CrossFit. Her favorite workouts involve bodyweight and cardio exercises, with a special fondness for the dumbbell snatch. For Kat, CrossFit is essential for happiness and health, forming the foundation of her social, physical, and mental well-being. At CFV, she has found consistency, community, and an unwavering support system that welcomed her with open arms from day one. If you ask Kat about her ultimate comfort meal, it’s a hearty plate of scrambled eggs, pancakes, and bacon, enjoyed preferably with her spouse Erik, her best friend and greatest love.
