CFV Rise Bootcamp
We are excited to announce the launch of Rise Boot Camp! Beginning Wednesday, September 4, the boot camp we’ll say farewell to our 6 a.m. time slot to make way for this new program on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:15 – 7:00 a.m. If you who are interested in getting fit, losing weight, and finding their health, but are intimidated by the barbell, weightlifting, or the word CrossFit, itself, Rise is a great way to launch back into a fitness routine.
The session will be offered three times per week. Each class runs 45 minutes of high energy and intensity to build endurance and stamina — and of course, help shed those pounds! Like our CrossFit sessions, no two workouts will be the same. During this class there will be no barbell or rig used; we will be focusing on running, rowing, bodyweight, strength, and conditioning. CFV members are welcome to attend this class, which is included in monthly membership.
